Bob Lapietro has been selling real estate in Florida for 28 years. Before that he was a Realtor in the Waltham / Watertown Massachusetts area. Bob is also licensed real estate broker in New Hampshire.
Bob is great at getting buyers and sellers to agree on price and terms for a solid contract. Upon contract, that's where the work really begins, especially making sure all deadlines of the contract are met so the sales process is completed. Bob has great people skills and there is no such thing as procrastination. When you ask Bob a question you get the answer now; or if Bob doesn't know the answer, he's on the phone and gets the answer now! When you ask Bob to so something, Bob starts now. When you call, Bob answers the phone - now!
Bob organizes a group of customers who have bought from Bob & Jen to go out to eat on Friday nights. This lets our customers meet and network with others. Snowbirds look froward to eating out with the group; and they schedule their arrival in town to make sure they can make the dinner. Bob is also a great cook and is asked to take care of ordering and preparing food at the Board of Realtors for special Realtor get-togethers.
Bob has won sales awards and is active with Professional Development for Realtors at the local and state level. He was President of the Women's Council of Realtors and has won Realtor of the year. Bob has many Realtor designations including CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and more.
Jen handles marketing and the LiveByTheGulf.com website. She accompanies Bob when meeting customers and is licensed to sell real estate in Florida. Jen takes photos of properties including aerials, and emails slideshows to customers.
Jen has lived in many states and had several careers. This makes it easy for Jen to relate to customers and add relationship in the buying and selling process. Jen grew up in Minnesota and has taught classes in music and math. Later Jen went back to school for computer science and went to work for Hewlett-Packard in Colorado Springs. Jen was also an Oracle Database administrator and worked as a contractor in six cities. Jen loves to learn.
Jen has three grown children that she's very proud of. Jen's ten grandchildren range in age from three to twenty-something. Two are married with children. That means Jen is a great-grandmother of four. Children and grandchildren mean even more careers that I never had time to explore like acting and working for American Airlines, Wal*Mart and Caterpillar.
Bob & Jen met on the internet in 2000. Bob & Jen have been working together as a team to market and sell real estate.
